Agilent Keysight 86107A-040 Precision Timebase Reference Module 10/20/40GHz
The 86107A represents one of the most significant improvements in wide-bandwidth sampling oscilloscopes in over a decade. Jitter performance has been reduced by almost an order of magnitude to less than 200 fs RMS. Timebase resolution has also been improved from 10 ps/division to 2 ps/division. Because the 86107A improves timebase jitter and linearity by more than a factor of five it provides extremely accurate views of 40 Gb/s waveforms.
